Our Process
We pride ourselves with our in stock chassis and in house cutting to provide quick turn around time to our customers.They are awaiting lugging to fit your specific machine & coupler with 1-2 week lead times.
01. In House Design
Our specialists utilize Autodesk’s 3D Design, Engineering, and Construction Software to design all Lifco’s attachments. The geometry, grades and thicknesses of steel are all optimized for the best cost-weight ratio.
02. Cut
Cutting our attachments in-house using our plasma table, boring mill, CNC machine, and state of the art waterjet, allows us to maintain quality control.
03. Weld
Lifco’s experienced fabricators will fit, align, and weld together assemblies to provide high quality products.
04. Paint
We paint all of our attachments in our paint booth to give them a nice coat of enamel black paint. Making them look sharp on your excavator!
05. Ship
We will deal with the carriers to arrange the freight - and handle all the paperwork.
